Current Favourites: October 2018

I haven't done one of these since August (Read here), but decided since some of my favourites have now changed (Click here to give my August favourites a read!), I need to redo this! So here are some of the favourites that never change and some new ones that I've started to love a bit more!

Read what was in my favourites this time last year here!

First up is the Revlon Colorstay Foundation. I originally bought this because SophdoesNails recommended it quite a while back and I used it once I think and just completely forgot about it! The one I use is Normal/Dry, I believe that's the lowest formula? (Dry/Dry?) so I went with this one, and I'm starting to really like it. It's very lightweight, but it's easy to layer it up to a medium/semi full coverage finish. It sits really nicely on the skin too! It is a bit on the expensive side for a foundation, but you literally need the tiniest amount of product!

This one has also been sitting back, while I use something from the same shop (Oops!) but I really love this at the moment (Obsession Dewy Fix Makeup Fixing Spray)! With it coming into Winter, my skin can get extremely dry (If you didn't know my skin type is Dry combination) so using a dewy fixing spray after my makeup allows me to keep that glow, while keeping my face a little hydrated after powdery type products!

Now this is an exceptionally new one! The Life is a Drag palette by Lunar Cosmetics (ran by Manny Mua). I recently purchased this in the Beauty Bay sale, and it was a MUST have. As a drag queen fanatic, and lover of RuPaul's Drag Race, it's something that I've had sitting in my basket for a LONG time. It's majorly pigmented and I am obsessed with that yellow and gold shade! (Full review coming soon!)

Next we have the Lasting Perfection concealer by Collection alongside the White Conceal and Correct concealer by Revolution. These two go so well together! As someone who is extremely pale, I still like to highlight under my eyes, so mixing these two together I get great coverage and a good highlight! I originally dropped the Lasting Perfection concealer a while back, because the original light one was oxidizing so bad, and it was about time they came out with a lighter shade!

You all know I'm a mascara lover by now (seriously, go read this blog post) but here are my current top 3! Makeup Revolution Volumising Mascara (Discontinued), Miss Sporty Happy Eyes and 100% Rock Pump Up Booster mascara! Happy Eyes is 100% good on it's own, it really gives me the length I need to have eyelashes that stand out! But the other two give me that extra blackness and make them seem much fuller!

This is also a staple in my makeup bag, and I think I've discussed it so many times, but you can read more about the Soph X Revolution highlighter here!

And finally two of my favourite lip products, and powder! Revolution Stiletto Lipstick and Stay Matte "Be my Baby" liquid lipstick are absolutely beautiful nude brown lip products, and especially look good together (I like to layer the lipstick over the liquid lip to make it more fuller and prominent) And finally the MUA loose powder. I never originally got on with this powder, as it gets everywhere (and I would constantly get it in my mouth...eurgh!) but lately I've been enjoying it for baking under my eyes and straightening my contour!

Do you use any of these products? What do you think? Follow me below to see these products more!
